With Lime Appointment, you can tailor these notifications to match your branding and provide all the necessary details, such as appointment confirmation, cancellation information, or even Zoom links for virtual meetings.
Follow the steps below to learn how to personalize these messages.
Step 1: Go to the Lime Appointment Type you wish to edit.
Step 2: In the Notification settings, you can change the emails that are sent to customers when they book an appointment and when they cancel one.
You can also include the Zoom link in the email that is sent out when someone books an appointment.
Step 3: Once you've made your changes, click Save
