How To Add Your Lime Form To Your Funnel

Step 1: Click the funnel you want to put your form in

Step 2: Edit the funnel step

Step 3: Go to the Modules and search for the LFPRO Questionnaire/Quiz

Step 4: Hold and drop it

Step 5: It will direct you to the setting of the LFPRO Questionnaire/Quiz module

Step 6: Select the Lime Form that you make and it will automatically load on your window. Click Save

Step 7: Click Done and Publish
