How To Add Your Lime Form To Your Funnel

The Lime Form is a customizable form that you can use to collect information from your visitors, such as through questionnaires, surveys, or quizzes. It allows you to interact with your audience, gather valuable data, and make your funnel more engaging. Lime Forms can be added to your funnel steps to collect leads, qualify prospects, or offer personalized experiences.

Step 1: Click the funnel you want to put your form in

Step 2: Edit the funnel step

Step 3: Go to the Modules and search for the Questionnaire/Quiz

Step 4: Hold and drop it

Step 5: It will direct you to the setting of the Questionnaire/Quiz module

Step 6: Select the Lime Form that you make and it will automatically load on your window. 

You may now customize the style of your form then click Save.

Step 7: Click Done and Publish
