How to Add Lime Appointments to Your Form
- Direct visitors to specific appointment types based on their information
- Custom confirmation pages after booking
The Appointment field settings let you choose whether you’d like to display All the Appointment Types, a single Appointment Type, Appointment Types belonging to a Label, or select multiple Appointment Types (assuming you’ve created multiple Lime Appointment Types).

Steps to Add Lime Appointments to Your Form
- Name

Step 4: Add Conditional Logic with the Appointment Field (if needed)
The Appointment field can be used in conditional logic rules. The only accepted values to compare with the Appointment field are to evaluate whether the field is empty or not.
- The appointment field is filled in: Field is not (empty)
- The appointment field is empty: Field is (empty)
In some cases, you may want your logic to check if a certain field is empty or not.
Configuring this type of logic is pretty easy, you would just select the field you want to check in your logic rule, and use the “is” or “is not” operator, leaving the input for the value empty. The example below would show a field only if an Appointment field in the form is not empty.

Step 5: Once your form is ready, you can add it to any Lime Funnels page or funnel step. Learn how here.
