How To Change/Update Your Lime Funnels Profile and Billing Info
It's important to keep your Profile Name up to date, especially if you need to refresh your Billing Information when your card expires. Neglecting to do so can result in billing failures that may lead to subscription deactivation.
To update your account information, you can easily do this within your Lime Funnels Dashboard:
In your Lime Funnels dashboard, go to the top right corner, hover over your name, and click Edit Profile.

Manage your Lime Funnels profile information:
Profile Picture: You can update your profile picture, which appears in the upper-right-hand corner of your profile.
First and Last Name: Easily update your name as desired.
Email: If you need to update your email, please contact our support team as this requires manual update from our back office.
Display Name: Similar to your profile picture, your display name is visible on your blog posts when you comment or reply. If you haven't specifically set a display name, it will default to the randomly generated username you received during sign-up. However, Lime Funnels offers you the option to customize your display name for a more personalized touch.
Change Password: This is where you can change your account password. Your security is important to us, and you have the ability to update your password.
Billing
This is where you can see billing related stuff such as:
1. Subscription Details
2. Update your Payment Method (to avoid billing failures and account deletion)
3. Upgrade/Downgrade your Lime Funnels Plan
4. And finally, your Billing History of your Lime Funnels account (you can download all your past subscription invoices here).
