How To Integrate Brevo with Lime Funnels as your SMTP Service
Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) is a complete digital marketing platform, but in this guide, we’ll focus on using it to improve email delivery and send confirmation emails.
To get the best results, you’ll need an email address that matches a domain you own (for example, [email protected]). While Brevo can work with free emails like @gmail.com or @yahoo.com, we highly recommend using a domain-based email for better deliverability and reliability.
Here’s how to set it up:
Step 1: Log in to your Brevo account. If you don’t have one yet, you can create a free account here (no credit card required).
Step 2: Enter your details to complete the account setup. You can choose the Free plan to start.
Step 3: To make sure your emails are delivered correctly, you’ll need to verify your domain.
Example: If your email is [email protected], you need to verify example.com in Brevo.
Step 4: Get Your API Key by clicking your Account Name > SMTP & API or go to Brevo API Settings. Click Generate a New API Key. Copy the API Key right away, it will only be shown once.
Note: If you lose it, you’ll need to generate a new one.

Step 5: Log in to your Lime Funnels Account, go to Settings > SMTP

If you've already input your From Email and From Name, select Brevo as your Mailer
Step 6: Paste your API Key and Sending Domain from Brevo. Then click Save Settings.

You’ve successfully connected Brevo to Lime Funnels. Now your leads will automatically receive confirmation from your Brevo email.
