How To Set Up An Email Confirmation Inside The Lime Appointments
Setting up email confirmations for your Lime Appointments ensures that both you and your customers stay informed about appointment bookings, changes, or cancellations. With just a few steps, you can customize these email notifications to keep communication clear and professional.
Follow the instructions below to set up email confirmations within Lime Appointments.
Step 1: Lime Appointments > Lime Appointment Types
Step 2: Select the Lime Appointment Types you want to edit. Click the settings icon, then choose Edit
Step 3: In the Notification settings, you can edit the email notifications sent to you (admin) and the customer when an appointment is booked, edited, or canceled.
Step 4: Once done editing, click Save
