How to Set Up an Email Notification for a Purchase Without an Auto-Responder

If you want to receive an email notification after a customer completes a purchase but don’t have an auto-responder set up, you can configure your checkout form to send email alerts directly. Follow these steps to set up email notifications without an auto-responder.


Step 1: Navigate to your checkout form module. Go to the Auto Responder settings tab and select Email Address as your service.


Step 2: Enter an Account Name to identify this connection within your accounts list.


Note: Make sure to choose a name that helps you remember which email address is linked to this account.


Step 3: Add the Email Address where you want to receive purchase notifications. Then click Connect to save your settings.


Step 4: Once done, click Save
