Step 2: How To Connect Twilio to Lime Funnels Pro SMS

Now that you've set up your Twilio account and purchased your SMS-enabled phone number, it’s time to fully connect Twilio to your Lime Funnels SMS settings. This guide will walk you through the process so you can start sending and receiving text messages directly inside your Lime dashboard.

Step 1: Log in to your Lime Funnels account and go to SMS settings

Step 2: Paste your Twilio Account SID and Auth Token in the required fields.

Step 3: Click the Test Connection button. You’ll see a message that says “Testing Twilio Connection…”

Step 4: Click the Get Services button. Click the Conversation Service to see the list and select Default Conversation Service

Step 5: Copy the Webhook URL provided in your Lime SMS settings

Step 6: Set Up Your Webhook in Twilio

1. Go to your Twilio Dashboard > Active Numbers
2. Click the phone number you selected in Lime
3. In the Configure tab, scroll down to the Messaging section
4. Under A Message Comes In, choose Webhook from the dropdown
5. Paste the Webhook URL you copied from Lime
6. Click Save

Step 6: Go back to your Lime SMS settings and click Save Changes.

Lime will now validate and save your Twilio connection.
